Anarchic Ritual Tools & Audiomancy Ribbons
Divergent Magick Tools, Audiomantik Ritual Ribbons and the Somatick Aeon that birthed them
With the Somatick Aeon, as We The Hallowed termed the bulk of 2025, coming to an end, a major (and perhaps too undersung!) valuation of the Micro-Press / Print-Publishing initiative (largely doled through PATREON tiers) has continued to resonate, and with this resonance, a remarkable chief aim has become all-too encompassing: the anarchic harmony and egalitarian motivation of the WE THE HALLOWED oevure...
This is largely found through the recent wide-release of the (buggy-but-continually-refined!) DIVERGENT MAGICK ONLINE RITE BUILDER wide-released last week - a long toiled page shown only to a few consistent and interested DaMaGe’Rs (DMG’rs), but made available to every looky-loo anywhich side of the Mason Dix or Mississipp’s. The rollout for such a unique tool was as fraught with bugs as it was general apathy — both largely quelled to recent updates of the Wordpress Plug-in’s tool (I’m learning Python for no other reason than to create the damned thing) and the excitability of those same DaMaGeRs who let me know that logging into the DMG tool was bunk and needed immediate fixing; Thank you Jenny and Joel! You all really make all of this worthwhile. Thank you.
Which reminds me of one of the major reasons why we Haunt On through this Hallowed Dispatch year after year -- book after book, album after album, zine or review or podcast after all: the few who find value or inspo-punches towards fine-tuning their own art or magickal systems via our passionate and scattershot conjurations, let alone our personal and unending pursuits of communion processes.
As with the Diverget Magick Schema, my interest in celebrating the artistik and magickal process of experimental creation has always veered toward finding skeletal systems that allow for every disparate skinbag-o-atoms to easily impress their own unique deviations onto or from. I’ve always whole-heartedly rejected the snooty and tip-top-type of clone-droning forms of such an elemental and necessary individuation process found through the creation of art and through the communion it brings to what/whomever you dance with to create such things. Art is the divine language and creation is communion. FULL STOP.
Which is why deciding on the components of the “schema” within Divergent Magick had to play that fine-fiddle of never proselytizing any whichway of which one creates their communion, but also introduce a unique and novel approach within the pragmatic overture of such a schema: a helpful form and function to document, experiment and catalog the unique process therein. Which is also why its a ‘living’ grimoire, forever changing and mutable due to its un-ending evolution through continued use, feedback and addendums: As such, the 2nd Edition of the DIVERGENT GRIMOIRE will contain such large additions as astromagickal cells, sacred space cartography, and other such documentation services I, personally, have found so necessary when creating and fine-tuning my own rituals but dubiously omitted in the ramshackle first design and pressing.
This application and foundational experimentation with ‘Constants’ (to use WtH vernacular better explained in its forthcoming print scripture) or unifying and non-invasive shared processes of art magicks was the backbone of 2025’s Somatick Initiative.
The Somatick Magick initiative is We The Hallowed’s print-media and micro-press battlecry that has allowed for the tactile assistance of the DMG schema, and excitingly, my initial roughshod primer on the implementation of Audiomancy, or sound sorcery, via the Audiomancy Ritual Ribbon. These handcrafted tapeloops constructed from my own cassette recordings and/or new audiomantiks recorded atop of and sent to select Somatick subscribers (HexKassette subscribers and others) were apart of our 4th Somatick Magick Parcel:
In keeping with the long-yawn wide-birth of our anarchic tools and systems that allow and promote a unique practitioners’ special perversions, I added a Divergent Magick Rite for the Ritual Ribbons to our second issue of the PRINT ONLY zine/newsletter, The Hollers, but also printed out large Ritual Ribbon Rites to accompany the various handcrafted tapes that were sent out.
These Rites, in keeping with the ethos of Divergent Magick, merely gave suggestion and application guidance rather than a tit-for-tat recipe. The courting of the confluence between instruction and guidance is a dance I’m always re-calibrating the steps to.
But it didn’t end there...every single subscriber and recipient of The Hollers wasn’t just given a literary ritual guide for incorporating sound magick, or audiomancy, into their practices, but were also given a PORTAL (∴)
...and today, I’d like to freely offer this portal to you (sounds steamier than I mean!), dear reader or subscriber, the very same audiomantik portal that few have been invited to over the past year, and even fewer were able to investigate...
In the rarefied print form of the HOLLERS issue 2 was a very unique key: the “Final Sigil” shown within the AUDIOMANCY RITUAL RIBBON RITE. Many readers were able to decipher that this sigil was especially anarchick in its construktion, and a bit too “busy” and over-designed compared to the authors usual aesthetics, this was a clue!
It’s a bit jarring for our subscribers to see such a digital scramble-blurb construkt within the Divergent Magick Schema, especially within the Somatick Initiative that put prime power back into print media no less! Alas, it was merely an eye-sore to draw attention as an unannounced invitation to an additive portal; an accentuating dimension to the Ritual Ribbon Rite therein.
As with most things I ‘release’, the ‘Ritual Ribbon’ was fraught with epic ideas and their intrinsic intense intentional creations, and like most things I ‘release’ - these ideas and enveloping intentions were possibly too blind-bright-brimming within the multitudes at the time…I’ve always yearned to find a sinew in allowing benevolent strangers to imbibe as well as the Tried Trues; to outwardly mobilize these anarchic tools towards the any and all benevolent outsiders in the fray.
You see, this “Sigil” was also a QR Code (No shit?!) and the digitally-privy were able to scan the sigil to unlock further assistance in applying the Audiomancy Ritual Ribbon Rite, namely via a cache of unique and hidden ribbon rites as playable files within a hidden WtH sub-page, completely hidden from the top pool: THE AUDIOMANCY RITUAL RIBBON RITE’s TALISMANIK TAPE ARCHIVE
Here, further exploration into the Audiomancy Ritual Ribbon’s creation is catalogued, as well as a plethora of rare, digitized samples of the many Ritual Ribbons sent to select Somatick Subscribers. All of which were crafted and recorded by me, Revelator Rosz. It also allowed users a peek inside the meditative creation process with an undersung and hidden youtube video captured during one of my many tape loop construction sessions. The audio on these loop are either from my own pre-recorded cassettes, cut up and razored into mutant new sonicks, or of completely new original sounds captured on the recently made tape loops via small Dim Sessions, or meditative sonick experimentation exorcisms:
The ritual ribbons, as evidenced in the above video, were constructed and conjured within the Dimming Room and sent to divergent magick grimoire users and we the hallowed haunts to inspire their own use of deadtech necromantic hauntomancy.
I’d like to offer these archived ribbons (found at the We The Hallowed site), and the other archived Ritual Ribbons, to not only practitioners wanting to experiment with audiomancy within their own practice, but to artists and musicians alike, to be sampled and ruined and revolutionized via their own intentions. All I ask is crediting their source if utilized within a wide-released work!

Because when all is said and done, and time allows for my digestion of these multitudes within such constructions, this Ribbon, just as with the Divergent Magick Ritual Rite attached, and even the Divergent Magick ethos altogether, is driven by the egalitarian means for anarchic fists to find their own shadow boxing partners with.
As for the Audiomancy Ritual Ribbons, I still plan to institute another round to HEXKASSETTE subscribers, and whatever ritual ribbon is archived on the RITUAL RITE site, there are dozens more, and many of them found throughout the forthcoming E.P. second addition to the ALGOL “HauntSigil”, or Hauntomancy specific art sigil, ALGOL II∴ECO out this new moon, 1.18.26 via bandcamp, with limited tracks available on streaming platforms.
The Ritual Ribbons not only, literally, tether my own long-storied audiomantic body of work such as incorporated within the HEXKASSETTE ONLY album, ROSZ AL GHUL, but also became a foundational exorcism and practice within its true aligment that are the ‘ALGOL’ E.P.s and ephemera.
For example, here are song-servitors, "DISAPPEARER" and "¡O PACHITA!" from the forthcoming record out 1.18.26, and if you squint your earholes, you can make out a Ritual Ribbon...or two...or three...
Paid patrons are already privy to the full album, but ALL patrons receive the ability to stream the album long before wide-release.
Truth be told, and spoiler alert, ART IS MAGICK, and your process is DIVINE COMMUNION. Drink up. Eat the flesh. Dance with serpents and spit your tongues. The transubstantiation of your conjuration is oil to the somatick engine our spektres need to survive.
